From the introduction : This study indicates that the proposal to use scale Sergeant motors for the high-speed stages of an orbiting vehicle is feasible. The performance and reliability of the proposed propulsion unit has been demonstrated. A schedule is presented at the end of this report for the development of the proposed configuration.
